1. Acceptance of Terms

MaxMultiTool provides free online tools including, but not limited to:

• PDF processing tools (merge, split, compress, convert, sign, protect, edit)

• Area and construction calculators (Square Footage Calculator, Asphalt Calculator)

All tools are provided free of charge without requiring user registration. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

4. Your Files and Content

4.1 Your Rights

You retain full ownership of all files you upload to MaxMultiTool. By uploading a file, you grant us a limited, temporary license solely to process the file and return the result to you. This license terminates automatically when your session ends or the file is deleted (within 1 hour of processing).

4.2 File Deletion

Uploaded files are automatically and permanently deleted within 1 hour of processing. We do not retain copies of your files and cannot recover deleted files. You are responsible for saving your processed output before it expires.

4.3 Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for any files you upload and ensure that:

• You own the files or have permission to process them
• The files do not violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Confidential documents are uploaded at your own risk

5. Intellectual Property

All content on MaxMultiTool — including the website design, code, text, graphics, logos, and tool interfaces — is the property of MaxMultiTool and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

The MaxMultiTool name and logo are trademarks. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
